Washing Detergent Recipe
for your clothes Biodegradable & gentle on
clothes
Ingredients :
1/2 cake of Spiritual
Sky vegetarian soap - grated
1/2 cup washing soda
1/2 cup white vinegar
Method : Place grated soap into 2 liters
of hot water and
bring to the boil. When soap is dissolved (you can turn off the heat now),
add washing soda and stir to dissolve. Then place the white vinegar into
the mixture and add a further 3 liters of hot water, then 5 liters of cold
water. Leave overnight to set, it will make enough for approx. 3
weeks. Use 2-3 cups depending on the size of your wash. I find
this excellent, except on really stubborn stains. It is extremely
economical, and best-of-all, great on the environment! It also
has the gentle fragrance of lavender from the soap. You can also add
tea-tree oil to give a disinfectant to your wash.
